The Secured Communications mobile app is updated routinely. It is recommended to always use the most current version of the app.

For iOS devices go to the App Store and select Updates to check for an install an update.


For Android devices go to Settings, then Application Manager and select SC to check for an install an update.


Major updates may require you to log back into the app after the update installs.


To log in after an update:

  • Enter your email address (the one used to originally register). If the app asks for a Group ID you are entering a different email address than the one you used to originally register. Please check the email address you entered, or enter a different email.
  • Enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? at the bottom of the screen. You will receive a password reset email. If you can't find the reset password email please check your Junk and Clutter folders.
